A story of love, laughter and truth will be told when a new show comes to the St Mary’s Centre in Lichfield.
TWO, written by Jim Cartwright, is being taken in a national tour by the Reform Theatre Company.
It follows the lives, loves and laughs of regulars in a northern pub, struggling to stay afloat.
A spokesperson said: “At odds with one another, but holding it together one shift at a time, the landlord and landlady’s lives have become as bitter as the ale they serve.
“But when a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity arrives in the form of a one-way ticket away from the struggling business, will either of them have the strength to turn their backs on the pub, and most importantly, each other?”
