Michael Fabricant has increased his majority in the general election.

The Conservative MP comfortably retained his seat with a majority of 18,189.

Labour returned to second place, while the Lib Dem finished fourth. UKIP were third with the Green Party fifth and the Class War party sixth.

  • Michael Fabricant (Conservative) – 28,389
  • Robert Pass (Green Party) – 1,976
  • John Rackham (UKIP) – 8,082
  • Paul Ray (Lib Dem) – 2,700
  • Chris Worsey (Labour) – 10,200
