The memory of a Staffordshire military hero will be kept alive with a talk at the National Memorial Arboretum.

William Harold Coltman VC was born in Rangemore and was recognised for his bravery during his time as a stretcher bearer during World War One.
He received medals including a Distinguished Conduct Medal and Bar, Military Medal and Bar and most notably a Victoria Cross.
William’s great grandson will talk about his achievements at 2pm on August 27.
