Children are being offered the chance to go for gold at Chasewater Country Park.
Park rangers are inviting the whole family to get involved with the Mini Games taking place tomorrow (August 14), from 1pm to 3pm.
Children of all ages can take part in speed and skill races, including a 25m sprint, a beanbag balancing race, and an egg and spoon race.
Ellen Williams, Chasewater Country Park ranger, said: “London 2012 is in full swing and we’re sure children and young people of all ages have been inspired to get active.
“We hope lots of children take part in the Mini Games and that their families give them plenty of support by cheering them on.”
It costs £2 to take part and no booking is needed. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
