PLANS for a new five-bedroom property to be built at Muckley Corner have been approved.
The development has been earmarked on a plot in the rear garden of Ponderosa on the Walsall Road.
A planning statement said:
"The site comprises previously developed land, with three existing buildings on site – barn, storeroom and garage – which were associated with the site’s former use as a car repair business.
"There is also an extensive area of hardstanding within the eastern part of the site, associated with the former business uses."
