A new Lichfield band are set to follow up their debut with more performances.
Blast Off, formed of local musicians aged from 13 to 74, came together to appear at the Fuse Festival.
And their popularity has already seen them booked for appearances at the Guildhall and the Christmas lights switch-on in the city.
Brian Pretty, from Lichfield Arts, said: “This community project has exceeded all our expectations with such a diverse group of musicians hitting the right notes.
“This Autumn promises to see the band growing and producing wonderful, uplifting music. But the cost of rehearsal space means it can only continue with financial support, so if there any potential sponsors, please get in touch.”
