AN awards ceremony celebrating the best of those making a difference across the local area is returning.
Nominations are open for the 2026 Beacon Awards until 16th October.
Last year's ceremony saw more than 250 guests attend as businesses and organisations including the Lichfield Garrick, The Boat and Lichfield Maize Maze were honoured.
Following the entry period, submissions will be considered by an independent judging panel made up of representatives from businesses and organisations across the district and wider region.
Finalists will then be invited to the Beacon Awards ceremony at the National Memorial Arboretum on 3rd December.
