A LOCAL nursery business is celebrating after seeing a director win an award.
Emma Langford, European People Director at Busy Bees, was named HR Director of the Year in the Nursery Management Today Power List Awards.
Since joining the company in 2022, Emma has introduced enhancements to employee benefits and worked to boost wellbeing and career pathways for staff.
She said:
