Train passengers will be in for a musical treat as part of a Lichfield Arts event.
On 25th September, the Folk Train performers will board the 7.48pm service for Lichfield Trent Valley to Sutton Coldfield.
After entertaining those aboard with folk songs, jigs and reels, the music will continue at the Three Tuns Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, before catching the last train back.
The event is to increase awareness of the L2F Festival happening in Lichfield between 18th and 20th October.
A spokesman for Lichfield Arts said: “It will be a night to remember, and will be totally free.
“If you can play an instrument, bring it along, if you can’t, we will still guarantee that you will have a great night.”
