PLANS for a new property to be built in Little Aston have been approved.

The development has been earmarked for the site at 61 Roman Lane.

It will see the existing property demolished to make way for a replacement dwelling.

A planning statement said:

"In March 2025, an application for a replacement dwelling was refused due to issues relating to scale, massing and forward positioning of the proposal and the design not responding to the surrounding built form.

"However, the applicant has consulted with the council on addressing the reason for refusal. Feedback has significantly enhanced the proposal to create a more appropriate design in context to surrounding properties."
