Proposals for the latest phase of development at an industrial site near Lichfield have been unveiled.
Logicor and Stoford have put forward plans for the remaining plot of land at Liberty Park in Streethay.
Two options are being considered – either a single 283,000sq ft unit or two separate facilities of 150,000 sq ft and 80,000 sq ft.
A spokesperson for commercial real estate agents Avison Young said:
“The northern part of the site was developed in 2019 with two industrial units that are now fully operational.
“The southern parcel of land remains undeveloped. Logicor and Stoford and preparing two applications to be submitted to Lichfield District Council in June.
“The primary use of the development will be general industrial and logistical operations, but with a provision for ancillary office space.
“Occupiers for the industrial units are unknown and so two different layouts for the site are being prepared, both of which reflect current market demand.”

A consultation event for residents to provide feedback on the plans will take place at Fradley Village Hall from 2pm to 7pm on 24th May.
