PLANS for three new homes on land in Alrewas have been rejected.
The development had been proposed for 36 Fox Lane.
But concerns over access and the ecological assessment submitted with the plans have seen the scheme rejected.
A planning decision notice said:
“The proposal would not provide a safe and suitable access for the development by virtue of the required visibility splay being reliant on third party land and therefore there is no guarantee that visibility would not be impeded throughout the lifetime of the development.”
