Former players have been paying tribute to Chasetown FC physio Mick Andrews following his death.
He was described as “a legend” in a statement from the Scholars after the news was announced earlier today (February 8).
A number of former players took to social media to pay tribute, including ex-Port Vale striker Kyle Perry:

Current striker Mitch Pigeon said the club’s Staffordshire Senior Cup semi-final victory last night had been tinged with sadness after the news of Mick’s death was revealed:
