POLICE are appealing for information after a sexual assault on a teenage girl in Burntwood.
Officers say they believe the incident happened on a field behind Burntwood Leisure Centre at around 3pm this afternoon (6th January).
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said:
“Detectives have been carrying out a number of enquiries since as part of our investigation.
“Anyone who was in the area at the time or anyone with any information is urged to get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
