DETAILS have been confirmed for Remembrance Sunday events by Burntwood Town Council.
They will take place on 8th November at St John's Community Church, Burntwood Memorial Institute and Chasetown.
The St John's parade will leave the Scout HQ at Ironstone Road at 10.15am and head along Ironstone Road, Cannock Road, Water Street and towards the church for a short service. It will then return back to the Scout HQ.
A parade at Burntwood Memorial Institute will meet at 10am before marching along Rugeley Road, Lichfield Road, Farewell Lane and Severn Drive before returning for a service an wreath-laying.
Meanwhile, the Chasetown route will set off from Burntwood Leisure Centre at 10.30am and travel along the High Street to Chasetown Memorial Gardens for a service. The parade then heads to Chasetown Methodist Church for an 11.30am service.
