Labour’s John Spellar MP, the Shadow Minister at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, joined Chris Worsey for a visit to the Jigsaw Community Hub on Dimbles Lane.

Mr Spellar said: “I was glad to come over to support Chris. I know that he has been a brilliant councillor on Sandwell Council by being a strong local voice and by doing great work around youth unemployment.

“He’ll make a great MP for Lichfield.”

Mr Worsey said he was keen to showcase the work carried out at the Jigsaw Community Hub.

“It was a pleasure to show John around,” he said. “They are an inspiring local group doing really valuable work in the community.

“We had a good discussion about the policies they would like to see a Labour government deliver on and how this would help them and others in the local community.”
