POLICE have been called after disruption caused by protesters in Shenstone.
The incident involved members of the Silence Elbit Drones group.
The campaign organisaton says nine people are blocking access to a factory site on Lynn Lane.
A spokesperson said:
"The group attached themselves to five separate 'lock-ons' located at the road on which Elbit's UAV Engines factory is situated, in order to halt operations at the drone engine manufacturer."
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said:
"We are aware of the issues that a protest in Shenstone are causing this morning (21st September).
"Our specialist protest removal team are en route, to support other officers at the scene. "
