Things will be going bump in the night at a Lichfield museum this Halloween.
Erasmus Darwin House will host an evening of spooky activities on October 31.
Alison Wallis, curator of the museum, said: “Halloween at Erasmus Darwin House has become an annual fixture on our events calendar due to its great success and each year it just gets better and better.
“We have the perfect, atmospheric venue for the event and what better place to celebrate Halloween than down in our dark, damp cellars.”
The House will be open between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on the night and visitors are invited to don their best fancy dress for the evening, which features activities such as ghost stories, apple bobbing and a ghost hunt.
Entry is £2. For more details call Erasmus Darwin House on 01543 306260.
