Staff at Lichfield company raise £1,000 for Children in Need

Published:

A Lichfield company has raised £1,000 after its staff performed on their very own version of the X Factor.

Children in Need will benefit from the money raised by Computershare Voucher Services (CVS).

As well as the search for Lichfield’s next Leona Lewis, employees winced as colleagues got leg waxes and stylish Mohawk cuts.

There were also homemade treats on sale and everyone was in fancy dress to contribute to the fundraising efforts.

CVS, who provide childcare vouchers to working parents to help them pay for quality childcare, has supported the charity event for the last six years.

Managing director Simon Moore said:

“As a family friendly company we thoroughly look forward to this opportunity every year to support worthwhile causes on behalf of children across the UK.”
