A LICHFIELD school has celebrated in the sunshine after holding its summer fete.

Anna Seward Primary School has raised more than £2,500 through the event.
Head of school Richard Storer said:
“With our dedicated team and the support of our PTA we were able to host our second annual summer fete.
“This event serves as a fantastic occasion to unite our new community, with the school positioned at its heart.
“The funds raised will directly enrich the lives of students in our care through experiences such as visits from the Animal Ladies or by enhancing play equipment for break times, ensuring our children have positive and enriching school journey.”
