A tanning business has been confirmed as a new occupant of part of a former restaurant in Lichfield.
The Tanning Co will take up one of the three units created in the one time Frankie and Benny’s site at Wall Island.
Commercial property company Phillips Sutton confirmed the agreement, which will see them join fried chicken business Wingers at the site.
A third unit created in the former restaurant is also currently under offer.
