Flavours of India will be on offer when chef Simon Smith cooks up a treat at the Lichfield Garrick.
The show on October 8 will offer helpful hints and advice on creating fusion dishes.
Simon will be joined onstage by guest chef Litton from Sutton Coldfield’s Delhi 6.
A spokesperson said: “October’s show is the third instalment in this season’s series of cookery demonstration which has seen delicious canapés, breads, starters, main courses and puddings.
“After travels and working abroad, Simon has assembled a large repertoire of dishes which are ideal for easy entertaining.”
