The jazz season at Lichfield Arts will kick off with the star-studded Tomasso Starace Quintet playing the music of Michael Petrucciani.
Tomasso has already wowed Lichfield Guildhall fans with appearances in the city in recent years, and he will be joined on February 11 by trumpeter Damon Brown and a rhythm section of Lawrence Cottle on bass, Chris Nichols on drums and Italian star pianist Michele Di Toro.
A Lichfield Arts spokesman said: “We are extremely fortunate to have such an outstanding band play at this intimate venue – it will be night to savour.”
