Walking netball sessions are starting in Lichfield.
Organisers hope the variation on the game will encourage more people to get back on the court.
The first sessions takes place on March 1 from 10.30am to 11.30am. They then continue every Thursday morning.
A spokesperson said: “Walking netball is a slowed down version of the game, designed for anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment.
“It is for all ages and abilities and every session contains a gentle warm-up.”
