POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman died in a crash in Burntwood.
Emergency services were called to Burntwood Way at 5.40pm on 9th September after the incident involving a red Ford Fiesta and a silver Mercedes 220.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said:
"Sadly, a female passenger in the Fiesta was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
"Her next of kin have been informed and will be supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.
"Two women and two men were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing."
