Work has begun on a £10million regeneration scheme designed by Lichfield architects Brownhill Hayward Brown.
The 72,000 sq ft development at Connah’s Quay near Chester is being transformed into a modern retail facility that will include a 48,000sq ft supermarket together with a further 13 retail units.
Bird Street-based Brownhill Hayward Brown architects was commissioned by St Modwen Developments to create the new community facility which is being constructed by Morgan Ashurst.

Connah’s Quay is expected to be completed later this year.
