A LOCAL author is celebrating the re-release of her novel In Search of Dion with a new publisher.
Janet Lee said the story, which is a follow-up to rock fantasy Mistress Magic, is really close to her heart.
In Search of Dion, published by Kindle Book Publishing, is available to read digitally and in paperback – and also for the first time in hardback.
The novel incorporates Janet’s love of rock music with a fantasy, magic and romance twist.
She said:
"I can’t wait for readers to get to know the ridiculous, irritating, funny character Jo-Dan.
"Readers of the first book will already know iconic rock singer character Dion. The follow-up tells the story of Jo-Dan trying to fill Dion’s shoes as a frontman and to honour a pledge to find him."
The books are set in Burntwood, Lichfield, Cannock Wood, Gentleshaw, Rugeley and Stafford.
In Search of Dion is Janet’s sixth book. All of her books are available from Amazon.
