The worrying number of shops shutting in the city continues to grow after the Lichfield Needlecraft Centre has closed down.
The store, on Tamworth Street, sold embroidery items as well as carrying out sewing machine repairs.
A note on the door of the premises pointed visitors to insolvency experts Irwin & Co of Sutton Coldfield and added:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, this shop is now closed.
