PLANS have been drawn up to convert two agricultural buildings in Whittington for residential use.
The proposals have been submitted to Lichfield District Council for the site at Peel Farm on Fisherwick Road.
A planning statement said:
"The existing site consists of a number of redundant agricultural buildings. The proposal consists of the conversion to form two separate dwellings.
"There would be some minor external alterations carried out to the building in association with the proposed development. These would consist of the installation of cedral cladding and the insertion of windows and doors.
"Access to the site is taken from Fisherwick Road. This is the existing access point which serves the agricultural building, Peel Farm House and Stable Cottage."
