POLICE are appealing for information on a man spotted acting suspiciously in Harlaston.
Locals reported a man wearing a balaclava on an e-bike outside an address on Main Street this afternoon (7th September).
Officers say he was also seen outside the same property at 2am this morning.
Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting incident 416 of 7th September.
