PEOPLE are being invited to grow their own at local allotments.
Wharfside Park Allotment Gardens has opened applications for members wanting to take up plots.
Owner Declan Hammonds said joining was a great way to develop new knowledge and create friendships.
“We are incredibly proud of the strong sense of community and collaboration that has developed here.
“As we prepare for another successful growing season, we look forward to welcoming new faces who share our passion for gardening and sustainability.”
