Bus operator says villages will no longer be served by route

Number 12 to stop calling at Yoxall and Kings Bromley from 31st August.

A BUS operator has confirmed one of its routes will stop serving local villages later this month.

Diamond Buses will make the alterations to the number 12 from 31st August.

It will no longer serve Yoxall and Kings Bromley.

A spokesperson said:

"Unfortunately, due to low patronage, the sections of the route are no longer viable for us to continue to operate."

The company has confirmed that the early and late 12E services will also not run beyond 31st August.
