A CITY centre business has been granted permission for new signage as part of an extension into a neighbouring unit.
Specsavers has submitted the plans for 45 Market Street as it looks to develop a new audiology facility.
A planning statement said:
“Specsavers already trade from the neighbouring unit at 43 Market Street, but this application is for a new store that handles hearing care appointments and services only, whereas the existing store will only handle eye care appointments and services.”
Permission has also been approved for the installation of seven air conditioning units along with the new shopfront and signage.
