A LOCAL business owner is the cat who got the cream after being recognised in a national list of top franchises.

Rachel Dasley, who runs the local branch of The Cat Butler, was named in the Elite Franchise Top 100.

The former teacher – who switched careers just over six months ago – offers cat-sitting services in areas including Lichfield, Tamworth, Atherstone and Sutton Coldfield.

She said:

“I’m really chuffed that, as part of The Cat Butler feline family, we’ve been recognised for the community work we’re involved in.

“This recognition feels like a personal win, not just for The Cat Butler but for all the wonderful cats and their owners we’ve had the pleasure of serving.

“It’s a testament to the passion and dedication that goes into what we do. Our love of cats extends far beyond the services we provide. Since launching my business, I’ve set up a new local networking group, Paws to Connect, for like-minded, cat-loving, pet care professionals to come together to share advice, experiences and collaborate.”
