A LOCAL opticians has spread festive cheer by supporting two Christmas gift appeals.
The Specsavers store in Lichfield has been collecting items for the Salvation Army Christmas Gift Appeal and Elaine’s Toy and Gift Appeal.
Staff and customers have helped filling three large boxes and several gift bags.
Store director Praful Patel said:
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the generosity of our customers and team.
“Christmas can be a difficult time for many families, so supporting these appeals is a small way we can help make a difference in our community. It’s fantastic to see everyone come together to spread some festive joy.
“Community initiatives like these are so important, and we’re proud to play our part. We’d like to thank everyone who donated, your kindness will have a real impact on local families this Christmas.”
