A BURNTWOOD business has launched a new strategic land promotion company as it looks to continue its growth.
Tara Group – which includes Cameron Homes, Keon Homes and Chasetown Civil Engineering – has kicked off the new subsidiary with around 150 acres of land under promotion or in the planning process.
Tara Strategic Land Limited will also target sites to support the five-year land delivery plan for its sister businesses, as well as supporting land disposal agreements with developers.
Kate Tait will head up the new subsidiary alongside Elliott Lawley.

Among the sites currently being explored is off Highfields Road in Chasetown where a planning application has been submitted for 430 new homes.
