CHASETOWN will face a tough test against one of the early season pace-setters when they welcome Prescot Cables this weekend.
Carl Dickinson's men were defeated 4–2 by Hanley Town in midweek – a result which leaves the Scholars 11th in the Northern Premier League West.
This afternoon (3rd October) sees them welcome a Prescot Cables side who find themselves third in the table, just three points off leaders Bootle.
The visitors have enjoyed positive results in recent weeks, seeing off Lower Breck 1–0 and thumping Lichfield City 5–0 in their previous league fixtures.
Kick-off at The Scholars Ground is at 3pm.
