CHASETOWN Women moved third in the table after hitting ten goals against Leek Town Reserves.
The Scholars had fallen behind in the eighth minute when Emily Garrity found the net.
But that would be as good as it got for Leek as the home side equalised through Lauren Walker after 22 minutes.
Two goals in a minute from Katie Holmes and Walker turned the game around – with the latter then wrapping up a hat-trick before half-time.
Caitlin Dodds adding Chasetown’s fourth just before half time to give Jo Sheerin’s side plenty of breathing room.
But they didn’t ease off in the second period with Walker adding her fourth of the afternoon on the hour mark.
Kyrie Ball and Chloe East-Goodman were next to find the target before subs Ellesse Birkett and Donna Mulligan wrapped up the 10-1 win.
