Church to welcome film maker for screening of new movie

A MOVIE night in Burntwood will see a screening along with a question and answer session with an independent film maker.

A Game of Two Halves will be shown at St Anne’s Church on 21st May.

The directorial debut of Khayam Khan, the story follows Sanjay, a young British student who travels to India to teach football to underprivileged children, leading to a profound journey of self-discovery.

The evening will begin at 7pm with live music from percussionist Sahil Solanki, with the screening getting underway at 7.30pm.

Interval refreshments will include Indian snacks donated by Chase Balti take-away.
