A CITY business will be offering free demonstrations as part of the Lichfield Food and Drink Festival.
The Kitchen Shop, on Market Street, will be among local retailers taking part in the event, which runs from 23rd to 25th August.
The cookery demonstrations will include vegetable biryani and carrot cake pancakes.
Director Lizzy Braine said:
“We love this event and look forward to supporting it again this year with our free demos.
“The festival is great fun and an absolutely brilliant atmosphere in beautiful surroundings.
“Retail has been very tough in the last few years, but we are hoping the festival will give us a much needed boost.”
The Kitchen Shop will be open from 10am to 5pm on 24th August and from 10.30am to 4.30pm on the other days of the festival.
