Deal agreed for sale of Lichfield engineering firm

A deal has been completed to sell a Lichfield engineering firm.

A DEAL has been completed to sell a Lichfield engineering firm.

Adcam Fabrications, which is based on Eastern Avenue, has been sold by KBS Corporate to strategic investor Parklands Capital.

The Lichfield headquarters features laser cutting, forming, specialist welding and in-house paint operations, while a second premises in Rugeley is a structural welding site.

The company specialises in supplying components to the nuclear, defence, rail, energy and retail sectors.

Tony Taylor, co-owner of Adcam, will remain with the business following the deal:

Joining the Parklands Capital group will allow us to strengthen our capabilities further and invest in our people and facilities, as well as offering our customers an even broader range of high-quality manufacturing solutions.
