A LICHFIELD office block has been sold to a healthcare products manufacturer.
Venture House has been taken on by Francicea Ltd after an agreement was reached on the 5,300 sq ft site.
Eleanor Robinson-Perkins, from Burley Browne which oversaw the sale, said:
“I am thrilled to finally get this over the line on behalf of my valued clients.
“I would like to extend my gratitude to all parties involved in this transaction and look forward to seeing how the new owners transform the property.”
Venture House had previously been a training facility for Lichfield District Council.
