Drivers have faced delays after a crash on a key route in and out of Lichfield.
The incident happened on Trent Valley Road at around 9.20am this morning (4th May).
Police were called after a Fiat 500x ended up crashing into a tree, with officers directing traffic past the scene, leading tailbacks on nearby roads.
