A new video studio has been opened in Lichfield.
Businesses will be able to utilise the facility on Market Street after it was opened up for use by web entrepreneurs Daniel Smith and Vince Samios.
They have created Lichfield Video after previous experience developing a content management system and creating e-commerce websites.
In September the pair refurbished their in-house video studio, installing professional studio acoustic treatment, an infinite whitewall for Apple-style videos, and a green screen.
Vince explained: “Business friends have regularly asked to borrow the studio or for help with video and we just realised one day our studio and equipment rivals professional studios you’ll only find in the centre of larger cities like Manchester and London.
“Since its only in use about ten per cent of the time we thought why not offer it out to the Lichfield business community.”
Daniel added that companies need to seriously consider the use of online video.
“Over the past five years we’ve noticed the increase in conversion rates skyrocket as a direct result of web video,” he explained. “It’s a way to instantly establish credibility with your visitors and regularly increases our conversion rates by over 500 per cent.”
