Drone footage has revealed the scale of a fly-tipping incident that has blocked a road in Lichfield.

DRONE footage has revealed the scale of a fly-tipping incident that has blocked a road in Lichfield.

Watery Lane has been closed after the incident this morning (20th January).

Businesses and residents were unable to use the road after the huge pile of waste was left across the carriageway.

Tom Ramsden, from Cocker Hoop Creative, used a drone to show the scale of the fly-tipping incident:

Meanwhile, Curborough Countryside Centre has confirmed it is currently closed to businesses and visitors as a result of the fly-tipping incident.

A spokesperson said:

“We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and will let people know when it’s been cleared.”
