FORMER Lichfield City captain Dan Lomas has completed a move to AFC Wolverhampton City.
The midfielder called time on his six-year stay at the Trade Tyre Community Stadium last month.
His switch to the Midland Football League Premier Division side has now been confirmed.
AFC Wolverhampton City boss John Griffiths said:
"Dan brings exactly what you want in a successful team – experience, leadership, character and a winning mentality.
"He knows this league like the back of his hand, having been a play-off runner-up three seasons ago before going one better the following season with Lichfield as they lifted the title as champions.
"Dan is a top player and someone who carries himself brilliantly and we’re delighted to have him on board."
