A TALK in Lichfield next month will see one of the Grenfell Tower fire investigators lifting the lid on his work.

The tragedy was the deadliest structural blaze in the UK since World War Two.

Investigators, including Dan Matthews, were tasked with examining physical evidence at the scene, as well as detailed analysis of various items as they sought to identify the causes behind the incident.

The Lichfield Science and Engineering Society lecture will take place on 8th September at the Lichfield Garrick. Admission is £8 on the door, with students going free.
