THE music of Billie Holiday will be celebrated at a show in Lichfield.
Lady Sings the Blues is at the Guildhall on 29th May.
A spokesperson for Lichfield Arts said:
“Featuring award-winning vocalist Val Wiseman and six outstanding jazz musicians, this critically-acclaimed show traces Billie’s music through the 1930s, 40s and 50s — from intimate early recordings to iconic later work.”
