PLANS for new homes to be built on land in Lichfield have been refused once again.

The latest application for The Rosaries, off Trent Valley Road, was rejected by Lichfield District Council.

A decision notice cited a lack of information around drainage, noise assessments and access concerns.

The plans for six new homes come after a number of previous attempts to develop the site for housing were also refused.

Full details on the latest application and reasons for the scheme being rejected can be found on Lichfield District Council’s planning website.
