Lichfield-based nursery group Busy Bees has been sold to a Singapore company.
The deal, which has been reported by the Birmingham Post, will see Knowledge Universe education take on the firm’s 131 nurseries.
However, the report claims that the current management team will continue in their roles and be “significant shareholders”.
